By creating an account or using VideoPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
VideoPilot is an AI-powered platform that generates short-form video content (scripts, images, voiceovers) and automates posting to social media platforms. The service uses AI models to generate content based on your inputs.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
You retain ownership of your inputs (prompts, niche descriptions, custom scripts). Content generated by our AI models (images, voiceovers, video compilations) is licensed to you for commercial use under your active subscription. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with the terms of the platforms you post to.
You agree not to use VideoPilot to create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first subscriptions. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation quality and speed depend on third-party providers (OpenAI). Social media posting depends on platform APIs and your account status.
VideoPilot is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
